Marion joined HighGround Advisors in 2012 as Associate General Counsel. Her focus is counseling both institutional representatives and prospective donors in matters of charitable giving and nonprofit governance.
Marion holds a bachelor's degree from The University of Alabama and a JD from The University of Texas. She is a board member for the Baptist Standard and president-elect of the board for the Dallas Council of Charitable Gift Planners. She also serves as president-elect of the board of the Stewpot Alliance, a fundraising support organization for the homeless ministry of First Presbyterian Church of Dallas.
