GriefShare is a support group designed to help individuals deal with their grief and move through mourning in community with others who are hurting. Weekly classes include a video seminar led by national grief experts, discussion from topics in the workbook, and a share time. Facilitators are well-trained lay leaders and offer biblically-based guidance. GriefShare is not a professional counseling therapy group. Some of the topics covered during the program include: "Is This Normal? Common Responses to the Death of a Loved One," "Guilt and Anger," "Complicating Factors," and "Lessons of Grief." Each group session includes a video seminar and group discussion sessions.
Group is free; workbook is $15
