What does the Bible say about sex? Do you really have to submit to your husband when he’s trashing you to his mother-in-law? Is fighting a sin, and if so, aren’t we all in big trouble come judgment day? Is the tithe really for New Testament Christians, or can we just give what we’ve got left at the end of the month? We know you have questions. We also know that you want more than the latest self-help book or Oprah re-run.
Here at First, we value what the Bible says, and we believe you do, too. This Sunday, there’s a class that will discuss how to fight and not sin. There’s a class talking about how to budget without bludgeoning each other. There’s a class dealing with sex, and why it’s for pleasure, not just pro-creation. There are classes teaching books of the Bible one verse at a time, and classes dealing with wounded, broken, divorce-is-a-day-away couples.
