Adult Leadership
We are committed to developing an adult team that is essential to accomplishing what we believe God has called us to do. They are ministers who model a life of passion for Christ and a desire to walk in obedience to Christ. We are committed to developing adult coaches/small group leaders who are committed to helping student leaders succeed.
These adults mentor students in the small group as they become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ.
They care for the students in their small group.
They help to equip, empower and release other students in the small group to minister to each other.
They are trained in developing personal skills and have a deepening walk with Jesus in ministry and personal skills.
They also meet regularly with Randy Riggins, the minister to students.
Currently, HERE is the small group curriculum that is being covered on Sunday mornings, in the student ministry.

Student Leadership
We are committed to developing students who are modeling a life of passion for Christ, who have a desire to walk in obedience to Christ and who are willing to come alongside our adult leaders in seeing the vision take place on their campuses, in their neighborhoods and in their families. This may take place by helping out in a small group or by taking the initiative in other service and/or ministry areas.
