Homebound Members
Our First Family includes almost 300 members who are not physically able to attend worship services and other church activities. The constantly increasing number of members needing ministry at home requires many Pastoral Ministry Volunteers working side-by-side with our full-time staff. We seek to minister to each one spiritually and in practical, helpful ways.
Homebound Visitors
Volunteers visit their assigned homebound member at least once a month. Other volunteers prepare a monthly mailing to each homebound member that includes a newsletter and the Wednesday Reminder from the past month.
Agape Feasts
We sponsor an Agape Feast annually for our senior adults and homebound members. Volunteers provide transportation and support for the homebound members who can come to the church for a Lord’s Supper Service which includes a complimentary luncheon and time of fellowship with old friends.
