Leave Your Mark - Beam Signing for New Worship Center this Sunday!
Sunday, October 2 will be a historic and special day for the First Dallas family.
Each member will have a chance to write his/her name on one of three main beams that will top out the new worship center.
The signing will begin at 12:15pm after a prayer and scripture reading by Senior Pastor Robert Jeffress.
Because of the large crowd expected, coordinators ask that each person only write his/her name. Members are also asked to pick up their preschoolers and children from their classrooms before participating, so that their teachers may participate in the beam signing as well.
Videographers are not only scheduled to film the beam signing, but also the placement of the beams later in the month, giving those who signed the beams the opportunity to see their names and the names of their family members set in steel for generations to come.
