New York’s Fashion Week has nothing on First Dallas when it comes to friendship, fun, and God’s love.

More than 300 women gathered this Saturday for First Dallas’ annual Mothers, Daughters, and Friends Brunch and Style Show.

Thirty women hit the runway, modeling clothes from KidBiz, The Biz, and Viva a Paris, local stores in Preston Center.

After the style show, Katie Shearin Warren wowed the crowed with her vocal gifts and set the stage for Ashley Cherry Smith and Kay Cherry.

Presenting “Ordinary Women, Extraordinary Lives,” these speakers used the story of biblical women to motivate First Dallas’ women to accomplish God’s purposes and fulfill His plan in their lives.

And though most runway trends change, women at the Brunch and Style show took home one truth that will eternally be in fashion: God is more than an accessory.
