A Lesson on Surrendering to God's Leadership from Brooklyn Tabernacle’s Jim Cymbala

Jim CymbalaIf you long for a “fresh wind” in your spiritual life, you don’t want to miss Wednesday, March 3, as Pastor Jim Cymbala of The Brooklyn Tabernacle leads us in a church-wide prayer and praise service.

On this special evening at 7pm in our Sanctuary, Pastor Cymbala, backed by our Sanctuary Choir and Orchestra singing the most requested songs of The Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir, will bring biblical insight to our congregation on the topic of “Surrender.” This special evening of worship and prayer gives our church family the opportunity to seek God’s guidance for what part we, as individuals, should have in the upcoming capital campaign.

Since 1971, Jim Cymbala has led the congregation of The Brooklyn Tabernacle as pastor, acknowledging no formal education, but complete reliance on God, His grace and the power of prayer.

Beyond Pastor Cymbala's role in the local church, the Lord has opened doors of opportunity for him to encourage believers and to challenge the Church. His first book “Fresh Wind, Fresh Fire,” which sold more than one million copies, has galvanized believers and pastors all over the world. Using testimonials of the power of God, “Fresh Wind, Fresh Fire” is a call to believers to trust Him to transform unreachable people and unredeemable circumstances to His glory.

Join us in welcoming Jim Cymbala on Wednesday, March 3 at 7pm in our Sanctuary.
